If you receive a summons to attend court, or have been charged and released on bail or remanded, we are able to represent you at the Magistrates’ Court. Our team is experienced in dealing with both privately funded and publicly funded cases.
Legal Aid
Legal aid is available for many clients, and we will help you determine whether you are eligible. To qualify for public funding, your case must pass a means test and be considered in the interests of justice. For those who do not qualify for legal aid, we can still represent you on a private basis and will clearly explain all costs involved upfront.
