Police Stations

What to do

Being asked to attend a police station voluntarily can be stressful, so it’s important to get in touch with us as early as possible. We can arrange to attend with you, and this service is always free of charge.

Anyone who is arrested has the legal right to speak to a solicitor. Simply inform the police that you would like to be represented by Grange Law Solicitors, and we will attend the station to assist you. There is no cost for this service.

In cases where a friend or family member has been arrested, contact us immediately.

Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Outside office hours, your call will be redirected to a solicitor who can help right away.

Whether the attendance is voluntary or under arrest, we are here to provide legal support throughout. Please do not speak to the police without legal representation, as anything you say may be used against you later.

DWP Interviews under caution

If you are asked to attend an interview under caution we can represent you on a private basis, please contact us to discuss.
